We're excited to have you register for VAMUN XLV this year! We strive to make registration as easy and convenient as possible. A registration form will be posted once registration officially opens on April 21st, 2025.
Registration Dates (comprehensive timeline with steps At bottom of page):
Early registration opens on April 21st, 2025 and closes on August 31st, 2025. Regular registration closes on November 2nd , 2025 or when our conference reaches capacity.
Registration Fees:
Returning Schools: $60/delegate for early registration (school fee waived) and $65/delegate and $70 school fee for regular registration.
Schools that have not attended VAMMUN XLIII or VAMUN XLIV (VAMUN’s last two conferences): $50/delegate for early registration (school fee waived) and $65/delegate for regular registration (school fee waived).
Registration Steps:
Step 1:
Fill out the registration form (will be linked once registration officially opens).
Step 2:
Submit your school registration fee (only for returning Regular-Registered Schools––Early-Registered Schools do NOT have to submit school registration fees!)
Your registration will NOT be complete without submitting the $70 school registration fee for regular registration. The $70 school registration fee is NOT refundable. The $70 school registration fee is waived for schools that did not attend VAMUN XLIII or VAMUN XLIV.
Step Three:
We will email you with instructions on Individual Delegate Registration.
If the registration form is completed prior to the 31st of August, the delegate fee will be $60/delegate for returning schools and $50/delegate for schools that did not attend VAMUN XLIII or VAMUN XLIV, and the school fees will be waived for both. Delegate fees must be paid in full and received before September 1st.
If the registration form is not completed by August 31st and/or payments are not received before September 1st, the school fee will be $70 (waived for schools that did not attend VAMUN XLIII or VAMUN XLIV), and delegate fee will be $65, which can be paid by check, electronic bank transfer, or Venmo.

We must have payment from your school in order to allow participation in VAMUN. This is resolved through ENSURING Two steps are met:
1. In order to get the school fee waived if you are a RETURNING school , payments must be received before or on the date of August 31st.
2. For early registration, we recommend sending a check 10 business days before August 17th, or if you pay by electronic bank transfer or Venmo, submitting payment 5 business days before August 24th. For regular registration, we recommend sending a check 10 business days before October 19th, or if you pay by electronic bank transfer or Venmo, submitting payment 5 business days before October 26th.
Payment is required for participation in VAMUN XLV. We will not allow participation in VAMUN without payment before the conference. This entails admittance into committee rooms, delegate and sponsor materials, and other delegate and sponsor amenities.
Registration Timeline (all due at 11:59 PM ET):
April 21st, 2025: Registration form opens (will be listed on this website page when registration begins).
August 31st, 2025: Deadline for early registration. Returning schools must fill out the online registration form, and our conference must have received the $60 individual delegate fee. Schools that have not attended XLIII or VAMUN XLIV (the two previously-held VAMUN conferences) must fill out the online registration form, and our conference must have received $50 individual delegate fee. School fees will be waived up to this date.
September 1st-November 2nd: Regular registration on a rolling basis until November 2nd or until capacity is reached (would be announced here).
November 2nd, 2025 (or when capacity is reached): Deadline for regular registration. Returning schools must fill out the online registration form, and our conference must have received the $65 individual delegate fee and the $70 school fee. Schools that have not attended VAMMUN XLIII or VAMUN XLIV (the two previously-held VAMUN conferences) must fill out the online registration form, and our conference must have received the $65 individual delegate fees (school fees will be waived).
