Charity Statement:

This year, VAMUN is proud to be raising money for the International Rescue Committee, or the IRC. Founded in 1933, the IRC provides assistance to refugees and displaced persons, specifically focusing on economic well-being, education, health, empowerment, and safety. In addition to direct contributions that can be made through the merch cart, all proceeds from candy gram sales will go directly to the IRC to help the refugee community here in Charlottesville.
